	Orders
	An order will only be classed as an order once the correct level of deposit has been paid and received by the company. The company has the right to refuse any order.
	All stone remains the property of the company until the full payment has been accepted by the company less installation charges.
	Deposits
	The correct deposit for worktops, splash backs and upstands is 50% of the total supply only value, the remaining 50% needs to be paid in cleared funds at delivery. The installation fee needs to be paid to our fitters once the job has been completed to the customers satisfaction.
	Stone
	Granite is a natural product and is subject to variations of thickness and colour. Where ever possible the company shall endeavor to complete a kitchen from the same slab.
	Installation Dates
	An installation can only be confirmed by the installations manager, guidance can be given at point of sale but the company accepts no responsibility for cost incurred if delays occur.
